Policy

  • Check-In Time: 15:00 (3:00 PM)
  • Check-Out Time: 12:00 (12:00 Noon)
  • Smoking policy: The hotel is 100% non-smoking.
  • Pet Policy Pets:are not allowed to enter the Hotels.
  • Early Check in Policy and Late Checkout Policy: (before 3:00 pm), or late departures (after 12 noon), are subject to availability and could incur additional costs.
  • Early departure policy: All early check-outs must notify the front desk a minimum of 24 hours before, otherwise the charge will be the value of the stay according to the initial reservation.
  • Underage with Parents Policy: If you are coming with minors (own children) you have to present their identification document, Civil Registration, Identity Card and the minor's passport, at Check-in
  • Authorized Minor Registration with Third Parties: If you are coming with minors other than your children, don't forget to fill out the Authorized Minor Registration with Third Parties form and present it at Check-in.
  • Family Plan Policy Children 12 and under have free lodging and breakfast IF they share the room with their parents. Starting from 13 years of age, they will be charged as additional guests.
  • Policy VAT exempt In agreement with Decree 2646 of 2013, non-resident guests that enter the as tourists and whose passports have PIP5, PTP-5 and TP-11 will be free of tax (V.A.T.). In the event that they have another type of Visa or different permits than those mentioned they must pay the V.A.T. tax directly in the Hotel.
  • Rates confirmed in USD may be converted by the hotel by local currency by the hotel, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card
  • Damages Policy Damages: In the case of damages caused to the installations or elements of the hotel, the guest will assume the total value of the stipulated charges. Such value must be payed by the guest at the moment of check out.
  • LONG TERM STAYS : Stays beginning from 10 consecutive nights
  • GROUPS: Case-by-case negotiation beginning from 10 rooms per day
